Accommodation
Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Fitted kitchen with dining area (seats 5). Sitting area (seats 5). Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee making machine, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview, Wifi, Landline phone (incoming calls only) DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and travel child-safety gate (for use between rooms, not on stairs) available. Off road parking for 1 car, plus roadside parking outside cottage. Private, enclosed rear garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 5 mins walk and Shop 15 mins walk downhill. Note: The walk from the harbour to the cottage is steep and may be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility, however there is ample parking by the harbour. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
Location
Hilly View is a lovely cottage set above Boscastle Harbour in the Cornish village. With three bedrooms, a king-size double, a twin and a single room, it sleeps five comfortably. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, sitting room and a kitchen with dining area. Outside is off road parking for one car and an enclosed garden, ideal for children. Hilly View is a great cottage for a family or group getaway.
Boscastle is a quaint harbour village, with most of the area protected and owned by the National Trust.
Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

"Hilly View had everything we needed & was spotlessly clean. Even equipped with board games, books & DVDs should you have a rainy day! The owners were very accommodating. Situated in a quiet residential area the house was a perfect base to visit all of the local attractions the area has to offer. Tintagel Castle is a must see for the spectacular views it offers. St Nectans Waterfall is a stunning little gem we found just up the road from the house. Be prepared for lots of walking (no pushchair access so we used a baby carrier lots around here). I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation! The only downside is the poor phone signal around the area, but might actually be a plus for others. This certainly didn't spoil the holiday though."

"Hilly View was probably the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in. The location was superb with a short 10 minute walk down to Boscastle harbour, but also with a nearby shop, and excellent pub. The cottage was so comfortable and well furnished that we looked forward to just chilling out in the afternoon."
