Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Load/unload outside cottage only. Parking available in chargeable public car park 200 yards from cottage. Private patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Patio accessed up three steep flights of steps and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Open tread stairs to bedrooms and bathroom.

A perfect Cornish coastal village, the road through Boscastle runs down to the small harbour at the bottom of the hill.
