This lovely family home comprises a generous living room with a granite fireplace and a formal dining room which is ideal for entertaining. Both rooms have a multi fuel stove and traditional beamed ceilings. The large kitchen/breakfast room has been recently refurbished. On the first floor are three pretty bedrooms and a separate cloakroom. A converted garage houses a Pool Table and Table Football to create a neat games area. To the rear guests can enjoy half an acre of lawned garden, shaded by mature sycamore trees with distant views to the sea at Port Isaac at the far end.

Port Isaac is a fishing village in a valley in North Cornwall and has restaurants and shops. The harbour provides rock pools and views. A ten minute drive takes you to Polzeath, Daymer and Rock, perfect for romantic or family holiday.

Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
