Outside is a sun terrace expanse lawn with garden furniture and a barbecue plus off road parking for two cars. The superb north coast beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath are all within a 20 minute drive. The bustling market town of Wadebridge is perfectly placed alongside the ebb and flow of the River Camel, an ideal location for exploring the natural beauty of North Cornwall. The town hosts an array of excellent shops, pubs and restaurants, all offering a personal and friendly service and is home to North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. The beautiful countryside surrounding the town is criss-crossed with a network of local footpaths, amazing gardens and stately homes to explore, whilst the renowned Camel Trail passes through the town, providing 17 miles of fabulous, traffic free walking, horse riding and cycling opportunities. The stunning North Cornwall coast is within 5 miles, boasting a huge selection of beaches, rocky coves and towering cliffs to explore and the nearby town of Padstow, with its colourful harbour, pastel-washed, medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is a must. Visit the UK surfing capital of Newquay, with over 11 miles of golden sandy beaches, a fascinating sea life centre, exciting zoo and vibrant nightspots. "I cannot rate this Holiday Bungalow Enough, Pure Bliss. First Class Bungalow with every amenity,Dishwasher,washing machine, very spacious and comfortable. We were so lucky that the weather was hot and sunny,so we could go around acres of interesting walks with our camera around the large gardens and woodland. Even if the weather had not been kind,we had shelves of all interesting books and many board games. I loved the conservatory in the early mornings with a mug of coffee and just sit and watch the wildlife. The owners were very hospitable. On arrival there was coffee,teabags,milk and most of all, a homemade Lemon Drizzle Cake which was scrumptious. I would most definitely like to return next year. A Excellent first class Holiday. And this part of Cornwall is in easy access to all attractions in the County. Best Holiday accommodation ever,I just can't rate it too highly"
