Reviews of Annie's Cottage

"Cottage looked stunning this is why we booked it, on arrival the owner spent quarter of an hour complaining about previous tenants over riding the central heating and putting poo bags down the toilet. The temperature was 3 degrees at night, yet she still insisted that she had control of the central heating for 2 hours am and 2 hours pm, this was also locked-yet we could use the log burner-damp logs, no fire lighters and useless matches-great start to our holiday-we spent a fortune on logs/fire lighters -our poor dogs were expected to stay downstairs in the freezing cold!! No tumble drier as advertised! No iron, no hairdryer- lovely place to stay when warmer weather, also you pay extra during these months so where is the logic in this??? Not recommended for winter."
