Mezzanine snug from bedroom with 1 x 4ft 6 futon sofa bed for children under the age 12. Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine (kept in garage adjoining the annex which is also used by the owners), dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate (Avaliable on request), travel cot and highchair. Lockable bike storage. Off road parking. Lawned garden with decked area, patio, furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 mile, pub 3 mins walk. Note: The futon sofa bed in only suitable to sleep 1 child, or 2 children under the age of 12 due to size of the bed being a small double. Note: The futon sofa bed in on a first floor mezzanine level, so may not be suitable for very young children. Please note: the neighbours keep sheep and llamas.
