Two bedrooms: 2 x double. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with multi-fuel stove. Conservatory Heating from the multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking for 1 car. Two tiered terrace garden with patio and outdoor furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.8 miles; pub 2.2 miles Note: Access to the bed in the first of the double bedrooms is only available at one side. Note: Even though the fixed radiators run off the multi-fuel stove, there are 2 oil filled mobile radiators which can be used as an alternative heating source or additional until the stove heats up. Note: The owner does have feather bedding, please let the owner know and she will change to hollow fibre.
