Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Ample off road parking and roadside parking available in front of cottage. Enclosed front and rear garden with patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Care to be taken due to shallow pond at the end of garden, check in time is 4pm on-wards.
