Welcome to Plas Tirion Cottage. This detached cottage is set on the owner's grounds close to the town of Mostyn in North Wales and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double 1 x mezzanine twin (not suitable for children under 5). Ground floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Utility. Electric underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and ceramic touch hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars across private lane to stables. Enclosed courtyard with furniture and BBQ. Access to paths across owners' grounds. Stabling and grazing available at additional cost. Please contact the owner for more information before your stay. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 8 mins walk. Note: Mezzanine twin bedroom is not suitable for children under the age of 5.

Location

Plas Tirion Cottage is a detached cottage set on the owner's grounds near Mostyn in North Wales. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double and a twin on the mezzanine floor. There is also a ground floor shower room, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and a utility. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and a BBQ, and there is stabling and grazing available. Plas Tirion Cottage is fantastic for a memorable holiday at any time of the year.

The small village of Mostyn is situated on the estuary of the River Dee, near the town of Holywell in Flintshire, North Wales. To the north west of the village is Mostyn Hall and Garden, a Grade I listed building. The market town of Holywell is five miles away and is home to St. Winefride's Well, one of the Seven Wonders of Wales, and the remains of the 12th Century Basingwerk Abbey. Within driving distance is the city of Chester, Ruthin and Betws-y-Coed.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

"We stayed at Plas Tirion Cottage for 5 nights in May 2017 this is our 2nd stay & absolutely love this place. The owners are lovely very friendly & always there for if you need anything. The cottage is so cosy & lovely, perfect for our little getaway. The cottage has great features underfloor heating, velux windows, lovely decor and had everything we could think or wish for. "We stayed at Plas Tirion Cottage for 5 nights in September and loved this place. We was greeted by the owners which shown us round the cottage and made us feel very welcomed. The Cottage is lovely and perfect for a break away. The cottage had some great features underfloor heating, velux windows, lovely decor and had everything we could think of or wish for. "Great place to stay,approx 1 mile from Dee Estuary,nice views of the Estuary,Claire & Phil the owners were friendly and approachable without ever being intrusive,the cottage is furnished to a high standard and is lovely and warm especially with the log burner going,we had restful sleeps with no noise,it was lovely to open the door in the evening and hear the owl hooting in the woods.The chickens were great fun and Kevin the cat was adorable. Would Highly recommend"

"The cottage was wonderfully clean.The views were wonderful and the feel was great. The owners were warm and welcoming and helpful when we got a bit lost. The cottage is a bit of a precious find and we feel very privileged to have discovered it so early on. Two teenagers were happy with the excellent WiFi coverage and we were thrilled with the peace and quiet. Honestly we loved it all"
