Reviews of Bullroom

"Bullroom was a very clean and comfortable cottage in a very nice location wonderful views over the country side but only a short distance from main A55 so easy access to other attractions and the coast. The owners was very friendly and always had time to speak and give ideas of places to visit, we have stayed in many holiday cottages and this one was the best by a long way very well maintained, clean and good quality fixtures and fittings. Thank you Dorothy and Tom for a very plesent stay in your cottage"

"Better late than never with this review!! My wife and I stayed at the Bullroom in early May and what a fantastic stay we had. The owners were a charming couple and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful; checking on an almost daily basis, where we had been, had we had a good day and places to visit. keeping to strict restoration guidelines the owners couldn't do much about changing the height of the entrance, however being 6ft I did bang my head on a few occasions despite being warned, on a regular basis, by my wife and the owner to mind my head!! It wouldn't stop me going again or recommending this property to others. Thanks for great stay. PS the pub listed as a local amenity is no longer there."

"An excellent cottage with everything you could need. It was beautifully decorated and maintained. The owner cares greatly about the cottage and it shows, she's there if you need her but leaves you alone to enjoy your stay. A gorgeous location and yet only a short journey into Mold. A wonderful experience."

"The owners was extremely welcoming and took great care in making sure I had everything I needed. Great location too. The directions were excellent. Owners well aware that the country location may be tricky for some people to navigate. As I live in a rural location I understand the need to get this right for the customer without depending on SAT NAV. Spot on!"

"The cottage was lovely. Well equipped, spotlessly clean & comfortable. Remote enough for peace & quiet, with lovely local walks with our dog, but close enough to town, supermarkets, coast & places of interest. Mrs Reece was lovely and made us feel very welcome, without being intrusive."

"The situation of the property meant that there was plenty to do and see, with the town of Mold being a particular favourite of ours. We enjoyed walking over the mountain to visit The Bluebell pub, which we found to be extremely friendly with good beer. The Miners Arms was also a nice, family friendly pub, a two minute walk from the property, which also does food for when we did not feel like cooking. A very relaxing, enjoyable holiday. It was a very relaxing holiday, and we would happily recommend it to family and friends. "
