Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, and power inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking. Enclosed garden to rear with furniture and unfenced pond. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and restaurant 1 mile. Note: Steep slopes in the garden and a unfenced pond, children to be supervised at all times. Note: maximum of 4 people including infants.
